We’re a BCAA Approved Facility

All British Columbia Automobile Association (BCAA) members can expect high-quality service when having their car repaired at our BCAA approved facility.

All of BCAA’s approved facilities include safe, clean, and comfortable service, written estimates (membership enrollment requested), 12 month or 20,000 km warranty on new parts and labor, and friendly, qualified, and knowledgeable staff hold all certifications, qualifications and equivalent credentials.

BCAA guarantees that all its facilities adhere to environmental standards and recycling practices. BCAA also personally inspects all shops annually to ensure that standards are upheld and that shops maintain an acceptable community reputation. If a dispute should arrive, BCAA will act as an arbitrator for members and resolve any concerns.
